They thank you for all the cards, phone calls, visits, flowers and the generous donations of £1430 received in his memory for the Intensive Care Unit, Cybi Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd, and Positive about Down Syndrome, and appreciate every care he received at the Intensive Care Unit.
